Shipping rates
We offer Economy shipping within the United States:

Free ground shipping on orders over $50.00
Shipping charges (and any applicable taxes) are shown at checkout before payment.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii).
We do not ship to U.S. territories at this time.
Carriers
Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and the contents of your order.
For Economy shipping, we commonly use USPS Ground Advantage.
Order processing (handling time)
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Most orders ship within 1 business day (occasionally up to 2 business days during peak periods).
Estimated delivery time (transit time)
After your order ships, typical delivery is:
- Economy shipping: 2–7 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: may take 5–10 business days
- P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: may take up to 4 weeks (USPS only)
Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
P.O. Boxes & Military APO/FPO
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take longer (up to 4 weeks).
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment is created.
Address changes & accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct an address, email us as soon as possible at e-shop@coastous.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been picked/packed. Once an order has shipped, rerouting may not be possible.
Delivery issues (lost, missing, or damaged)
If your package appears delayed, missing, or delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist with the next steps (including carrier trace documentation when applicable).
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item(s). Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
