We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at e-shop@coastous.com. If your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label (download and print) along with return instructions. Return labels are provided by email after approval and are not included in the original package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at e-shop@coastous.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Promotional Items

Items purchased using a promo code must still meet our standard return requirements.

Refunds for promotional purchases are issued based on the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

Some brands (such as TRUDON) may be excluded from promotions. If a discount is applied to an excluded brand at checkout, we reserve the right to adjust the total when processing the order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
